Athletic Activities

Volleyball

Participants of this sport develop coordination and concentration. Volleyball stimulates cognitive and motor skills. It is an excellent form of exercise and helps improve speed and reflexes. There are very few risks associated with this sport and the rules are easy to follow.

Taekwondo

It is "the art of defending and attacking with feet and hands." Moo Duk Kwan's philosophy is based on seven basic principles: Respect, Discipline, Loyalty, Integrity, Perseverance, Self-control and an Indomitable Spirit.

In Taekwondo we include elements that shape a human being in every way possible. Participants improve their quality of life, are in excellent physical shape, are sure of who they are and have high self-esteem.

Basketball

A non-contact team sport, it allows those who start playing at an early age to develop athletic skills and abilities, harmonious and coordinated movement. Players learn cooperation with teammates. It is an active and wonderful sport that maintains participants in constant movement. It also helps develop muscular agility and reflexes which benefit the health of those who practice this sport.

Swimming

Swimming, a complete sport, works all the major muscle groups of the body while keeping you young and keeping your heart strong. Your quality of life improves tremendously with swimming. Being in the water works your muscles up to six times more than on land. Swimming is an unmatched exercise in that it provides your body with a circulatory massage and at the same time allows you to relieve stress.

Soccer

Soccer is a sport for participants of all ages, although it is better to start around 4 years of age. Participants develop values and morals while forming strong bonds of friendship with their teammates. They are athletes who meet challenges with a competitive spirit, discipline, and physical and mental skills.
